Terms of Service

    Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Infuro Flow. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by Infurotech.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Infuro Flow (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organization) and Infurotech, registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

    2. Description of Service

    Infuro Flow is an enterprise AI automation platform that enables businesses to build and deploy autonomous AI agents, visual no-code workflows, intelligent document processing pipelines, and multi-system integrations. The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) via the internet.

    3. Account Registration

    You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account Organizations are responsible for all users they authorize to access the Platform under their subscription.

    4. Subscription and Payment

    Infuro Flow is offered under subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). By subscribing: • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan • Fees are billed monthly or as agreed in an Enterprise contract • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice Enterprise customers are governed by their individual contracts, which supersede these Terms where they conflict.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Platform to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights • Transmit malware, spam, or malicious code • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data • Engage in automated scraping or harvesting of Platform data • Resell or sublicense access without written consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

    6. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy (flow.infurotech.com/privacy). You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by Infurotech or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform during your active subscription.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infurotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Platform and we will delete or return your data as specified in your subscription agreement or our Privacy Policy.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For international customers, we also comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction to the extent required.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
